2. Services

H&H Southern Ground Groundwork LLC provides ground work services including brush cutting, skid steer land movement, and forestry mulching. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed on a per-order basis.

3. Scheduling & Payment

Work orders are scheduled through this website and paid via Square. A 9.5% Tennessee sales tax applies to taxable services. Any shipped materials include carrier-calculated shipping plus a 10% handling markup.

4. Cancellations

Work orders may be cancelled prior to a crew being scheduled by contacting us or via your account. Cancellation after scheduling may be subject to a fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

H&H Southern Ground Groundwork LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by law.
